I didn’t start Balance Luggage in a design studio I started it in airport terminals. As a former flight attendant, I logged thousands of flight hours and traveled to dozens of countries. I watched travelers fumble through chaotic bags, deal with canceled flights, and panic over lost luggage. Taking frequent 24-to-48-hour trips taught me a critical lesson: you need a single bag carried on your person that holds everything you need to survive a 48-hour delay without ever touching a baggage carousel.
