1. Damaged in Transit or Initial Defects

​

If your order arrives damaged from transit or exhibits a initial defect upon opening, please contact our Concierge Desk at Info@BalanceLuggage.com within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your original order number and clear photo/video proof of the damage so our team can issue a prepaid return tag and dispatch an immediate priority replacement. (For issues arising after 48 hours of use, please refer to our 3-Year Foundation Warranty).

2. 30-Day In-Home Trial & Return Window

​

We offer a 30-day trial window starting from the confirmed date of delivery.

• In-Home Testing Standard: We encourage you to test the bag’s organization inside your home—load your laptop into The Tech Nest, pack your clothes into The Garment Bay, test The Transit Bay, and dock your pods.

• Return Condition Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the bag must be in original condition with all tags attached, including all internal modular components (both (2) included Balance Pods), custom dust cover, and protective packaging.

• Exclusions: Items showing exterior street wear, scuffs, dirt marks, structural alterations, or signs of outdoor usage cannot be accepted for a return and will be sent back to the customer.

3. Return Options & Processing Fees

To initiate a return, simply fill out the Return Request Form below on this page with your order number and email address to generate your prepaid return label.

• Store Credit / Ecosystem Exchange (Free): Return shipping and handling fees are completely waived when you opt for Store Credit. Your credit never expires and can be used toward all current and future releases, including The Balance Compression Set.

• Refund to Original Payment Method: For refunds returned to your original payment method, a $15 handling and return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund total.
